I really loved the food here! My only drawback is that the tables are a little close together since it’s a small ish restaurant but the food and service are great! They do have single seating bar areas closer to the front and regular seating at the back.YOU MUST HAVE EVERYONE IN YOUR GROUP TO SIT DOWN. I came with three friends.Food we ordered: Half and Half Katsu DonConey Island set (Gozen)Brooklyn set (teishoku)Diet CokeOkonomi yakiFried oystersDiet CokeEverything was cooked to perfection and so was the presentation. The okonomi yaki (which essentially like a pizza) was my favorite dish. It’s so unique and had a delightful blend of ingredients.

The best comfort food! My best friend and I’s favorite restaurant! I have been coming here for around years and the quality of the food has remained the same, amazing! I’m sad they closed their other location but I’m happy this location has remained open, I’ve tried other katsu places but nothing beats this place. It isn’t very spacious but it’s cozy and the perfect place during winter. Definitely recommend %%%!

After going to the movies with a friend, we decided to try this Japanese restaurant. They offer a wide variety of nice dishes so it was hard to choose but in the end I decided to go with Sukiyaki, a dish my dad talked about and really loved but I myself had never tried.I'm so glad I did! Sukiyaki is a soup with sliced beef, tofu, carrots, and another green leafy vegetable. It is a hotpot slow cooked in an iron pot. Sweet and sour and super delish! My friend choose one of the available menus but said he wished he had mine .

Came here on Sunday around noon time and it was beyond crowded. A long line formed outside of the restaurant but fortunately because we were a small party of two we were able to get seated at the bar within fifteen minutes. The food was good, miso soup had meat inside. Overall was on the salty side but that was expected. I ordered curry chicken katsu and it came with a side of potato salad, cabbage, and miso soup. Takoyaki tasted standard and was overpriced. The con was that the staff was definitely overworked as they forgot to bring us water until we asked. Obviously not their fault, the owner could've hired more people as you can see how much profit they make since this is such a popular place.PS the bathroom is super dirty
